Consumer Registration Instructions

   Download LocalPay from the App Store or Google Play

   Select Consumer Registration to create your account

   a. Enter phone number
   b. Create password
   c. Accept Privacy Policy and User Agreement

   a. Enter name and email address
   b. Create a 4-digit code for Transaction PIN

5.

   Enter verification code from text message

   Click Verify Bank Account to log in, verify, and securely link your bank account

7.

   Click Continue, then Continue as guest or Continue without phone number

   Search for your bank and select it. Click Continue to login

   Log into your bank's online banking with your bank login credentials. This may include SMS verification

    Click Allow to let Plaid display your available bank accounts

    Select the account you want to link and click Continue

    Click Finish without saving followed by Get Started. The linked account will display on the completed LocalPay account home page
